Here you can fill out a warranty claim ticket for your VKB-Sim product. Please provide the following information as you enter your warranty claim:
- Include your Name, Shipping Address, Phone Number, and Email (required)
- Specify Product Name & Serial Number (required)
- Add Description of Problem (required)
- Upload a Screenshot/Scan/PDF of Original Invoice Identifying Retailer and Purchase Date (required)
- Upload one (or more) Photo(s) of Problem/Damage to your VKB-Sim Product (optional)
Once your ticket has been entered into the system, we will contact you as soon as possible to help you resolve your issue.
