Terms and Conditions


  • VKB offers a one (1) year limited warranty for joystick with plastic centering mechanisms, and a two (2) year
    warranty for all controllers with metal gimbals and cams, against all manufacturer defects.
  • VKB will replace or repair any defective product covered under its warranty at no cost to the customer except the cost of shipping the defective unit to VKB North America offices for examination, repair or replacement. VKB North America will pay for return shipping for the repaired or replaced unit.
  • VKB North America may also ship replacement parts to the customer if the customer wishes to avoid sending the unit back to VKB North America. This will not void the warranty, but to avoid accidentally voiding the warranty no repairs should be attempted without first contacting VKB North America and waiting for an acknowledgment by VKB North America. If the unit is taken apart, opened up or otherwise manipulated to diagnose a problem without first contacting VKB North America and receiving an acknowledgement, the warranty is voided.
  • The warranty does not cover intentional damage caused to the unit on purpose to require a repair or replacement. This includes, but is not limited to; excessive filth, dropping the unit, submerging the unit in water or shorting out the circuits of the unit. VKB North America reserves the right to make a determination as to the nature of the defect and whether or not it was caused intentionally. Intentional damage will void the warranty and no further attempts to repair or replace will be undertaken by the manufacture and the unit will be returned to the customer.
  • Proof of Warranty coverage shall be the unique serial number of VKB devices, and/or the sales receipt provided by the customer and confirmed by VKB North America sales records.
  • The warranty is non-transferable.

Shipping Policy:

  • VKB North America services North America (USA and Canada), Australia, and New Zealand. We will make every effort to ship your package within three (3) business days, not including holidays, assuming the item is in stock at time of purchase. If a delay in shipping will be longer than three (3) business days the customer will be notified and a refund offered and the customer can accept the delay or take a refund.
  • VKB North America will also require a signature upon delivery, unless specifically requested by the customer prior to shipment. Requiring a signature helps avoid theft of packages left on porches, patios and at the front door. VKB North America is not responsible for any packages stolen during or after delivery if the signature option was removed by the customer. Any such theft issues should be taken up with the courier.
  • VKB North America will email you a tracking number within 24 hours of shipment.
  • VKB North America offers shipping via Ground by default unless otherwise offered (e.g., drop shipping from VKB HQ) at time of purchase. If a particular shipping option is not available for your area then VKB North America will make other arrangements at their discretion.
  • VKB North America will include a commercial invoice with any shipment outside the United States and the stated value of the package will be for the full retail price that was paid. No “sample” or other kind of invoice will be supplied.
  • VKB North America reserves the right to reject any future orders from domestic or international customers that previously rejected a package due to high fees, duties or taxes levied by the government, this includes Canada.
  • VKB North America reserves the right to change these policies at any time without warning.

Refund and Exchange Policy:

  • Our Return Policy: All returns should be pre-approved by VKB North America. Returned merchandise should be undamaged and in original packaging, with all original content included. All shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be made once the merchandise has been received. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • VKB North America will gladly exchange any defective product provided it is defective under the terms of the Warranty and if the defective unit cannot be repaired or replaced, a store credit will be awarded to the customer for the amount of the cost of the defective unit.
  • VKB North America reserves the right to change these policies at any time without warning.

Ordering and Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders may be canceled until the moment a shipping label is printed. Once the label is printed and a tracking number assigned an order cancellation is no longer possible. There is no set time for the shipping label to be printed and it will vary from day-to-day. Please order at your own risk.

Payment and Privacy Policy:

  • VKB North America currently uses Stripe and Direct Bank Transfer as payment systems.
  • VKB North America retains no personal or credit card information with the exception of your email address which may be used for future marketing purposes. If you would like to opt out of receiving any future marketing materials from VKB North America please contact VKB North America.
  • Ordering by check or money order, or ordering by phone, is not currently available.
  • VKB North America will never give or sell your information to any third party.

Canada and International Shipping:

  • Due to high shipping costs, import duties and brokerage charges when shipping to Canada, a shipping surcharge will be necessary. We apologize in advance for this, but it is the only way we can afford to ship to Canadian addresses. We do our best to keep this surcharge as low as possible.
