You agree to the following Terms & Conditions during checkout – before placing an order – by clicking “I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions”. Not reading (or not understanding) these Terms & Conditions does not excuse you from responsibility.
Courtesy Note – Import Fees and Tariffs:
USA: VKB HQ ships all products from China. Customers must be aware that US Customs imposes tariffs on goods imported from China that are valued at $800 or more. If you place an order over $800, you will be liable to pay the import tax and tariffs upon delivery, which is 29% of the order total. You are the importer, and you are responsible to pay these custom fees if they apply to your order.
Canada: VKB HQ ships all products from China. Customers must be aware that goods imported into Canada are subject to the federal GST, which is calculated at the rate of 5% of the duty-paid value of the shipment. Certain provinces will collect the HST at a rate of 13%. This tax must be paid at time of entry and is collected at the border. Import Fees rates vary according to the type of goods you are importing and the country from which they came or were made in. Depending on the goods or their value, some other taxes may apply, such as excise duty or excise tax on luxury items. You are the importer, and you are responsible to pay these custom fees if they apply to your order.
VKB North America reserves the right to reject any future orders from domestic or international customers that previously refused a delivery due to high fees, duties or taxes levied by the government (this includes Canada).
All prices are in USD (United States Dollar).
Product prices do not include shipping or customs fees, nor do they include taxes. Shipping cost and applicable state tax is applied during checkout; any customs fees that apply to you are usually paid at your local post office (or carrier location) where your package is forwarded to after customs releases it.
VKB North America uses the Stripe payment gateway system for all Credit/Debit Card payments.
When placing an order at VKBcontrollers.com, you certify that you are an authorized user of the credit card used and that you will not dispute the payment with your credit card company.
Ordering and Cancellations:
VKB North America serves customers in the USA (the 48 contiguous states of the continental United States) and Canada.
Orders may be canceled up to (and no later than) 4 hrs after the order was placed; however, if your order cancellation request is sent on a weekend or holiday, or outside of our regular business hours, there is no guarantee that your order cancellation is viewed and acted upon in time before VKB’s shipping dept finalizes order processing on their end.
Finalizing your order entails a printed shipping label and an assigned tracking number via VKB’s shipping dept; once that is the case, order cancellation is no longer possible.
There is no set time for the shipping label to be printed and it will vary from day-to-day, so please order at your own risk.

VKB HQ drop ships all orders directly from their warehouse in China, via Hong Kong or Taiwan by air.
The shipping cost is based on the carrier fees VKB HQ is charged for each parcel, calculated based on weight and volume for deliveries to the US or Canada respectively.
VKB HQ uses DHL Express and FedEx as their preferred carriers, unless otherwise specified (some remote areas may be served by TNT or EMS instead).
The time required for order processing depends on VKB HQ’s shipping department’s workload. Usually, 3-5 business days are to be expected. Once the order is processed and dispatched to the carrier, transit time is carrier dependent. Expect 3-10 days of transit time – any unforeseen holdups in customs notwithstanding.
Deliveries to remote areas may require a carrier surcharge in order for them to deliver there. The need for this additional fee will be communicated to the customer once we have been made aware by VKB HQ.
Deliveries to military AP or FPO boxes will be carried out by DHL International Standard, TNT or EMS.
VKB HQ’s carriers do not deliver to PO Boxes. Please always provide a valid street address to avoid unnecessary delays.
VKB North America aims to update and complete your order with a tracking number within 24 hours after VKB HQ has shipped your parcel; however, VKB HQ’s shipping department logistics are out of the control of VKB North America, and VKB North America is not responsible for any unforeseen delays in shipping (or tracking number notification) on behalf of VKB’s logistics.
The carrier (in behalf of VKB HQ) will require a signature upon delivery. Requiring a signature helps avoid theft of packages left on porches, patios and at the front door. VKB North America is not responsible for any packages stolen during or after delivery if the signature requirement was removed or waived by the customer. Any such theft issues will have to be taken up with the carrier.
Refund and Returns:
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. All returns need to be pre-approved by VKB North America. To initiate a return, please open a support ticket for your request.
Returned merchandise must be undamaged, untampered with, and in original packaging, with all original content included.
The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be made once the item has been received and inspected.
Refunds will include the item cost of the returned product, but will not include the original shipping cost (shipping fees are non-refundable).
VKB (the manufacturer) offers a limited warranty against all manufacturing defects. 1 year for accessories, stand-alone grips, and joysticks with plastic gimbals; 2 years for joysticks and rudder pedals with metal gimbals.
Under its warranty, VKB North America aims to have VKB HQ ship either a complete replacement unit if necessary, or needed replacement parts for self-installation. Customers replacing parts themselves will not void their existing warranty. The decision whether a replacement unit or spare parts are needed is made by VKB HQ on a case-by-case basis.
The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover accidental damage, or damage caused to the unit on purpose to require a repair or replacement. This includes, but is not limited to: excessive filth, excessive force, dropping the unit, submerging the unit in water, or shorting out the circuits of the unit. VKB North America reserves the right to make a determination as to the nature of the defect and whether or not it was caused intentionally. Intentional damage will void the warranty and no further attempts to repair or replace will be undertaken by the manufacturer.
Proof of Warranty coverage are the VKB North America sales receipt and sales record.
The VKB North America warranty service does not cover VKB products purchased from any third-party resellers; for VKB products purchased from third parties, please contact their respective after-sale support instead.
The VKB manufacturer warranty is non-transferable.

VKB (the manufacturer) reserves the right to make changes or improvements in design, functionality, and dimensions to any product without notice and without incurring obligation.
VKB North America (the reseller) does not incur any obligation when the manufacturer makes changes or improvements in design, functionality, or dimensions to any product currently or previously sold at VKBcontrollers.com.
VKB (the manufacturer) reserves the right to update product prices or shipping fees based on operational considerations, without notice and without incurring obligation.
VKB North America (the reseller) does not incur any obligation when the manufacturer updates product prices or shipping fees for any product currently or previously sold at VKBcontrollers.com.
VKB North America considers all disputes/chargebacks as fraudulent; any dispute/chargeback will result in a lifetime ban from ordering from VKBcontrollers.com.
In addition, VKB North America may seek to issue a legal demand letter or file a civil lawsuit that may include causes of action of fraud, conversion, breach of contract, and other related allegations, to recover all damages incurred from dispute/chargeback fraud.
You agree to indemnify and hold VKB North America and its affiliates, directors, officers, and agents harmless from and against any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your violation of these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions and conditions and the transactions contemplated shall be governed by, and construed and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the State of Oklahoma, U.S.A, without regards to the choice-of-law principles thereof.
The United Nations Conventions on Contracts for the international Sale of Goods shall not apply to this agreement.
Any action seeking legal or equitable relief arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions will be brought only in the courts of the State of Oklahoma or the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.
