Ordering and Cancellations
To request an order cancellation, please open a support ticket.
Orders may be canceled up to (and no later than) 8 hrs after the order was placed; however, if your order cancellation request is sent on a weekend or national holiday, or outside of our regular business hours, there is no guarantee that your order cancellation is viewed and acted upon in time before the shipping dept finalizes order processing on their end.
Finalizing your order entails a printed shipping label and an assigned tracking number via the shipping dept; once that is the case, order cancellation is no longer possible. There is no set time for the shipping label to be printed and it will vary from day to day, so please order at your own risk.
Refund and Returns
To initiate a return, please open a support ticket for your request.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. All returns need to be pre-approved by VKB North America.
Returned merchandise must be undamaged, untampered with, and in original packaging, with all original content included. Partial returns are not possible, as each product must be returned as it was received.
The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be made once the item has been received and inspected. All refunds will be made in USD (this pertains to orders from Canada as well, so please consider the currency exchange rate from USD to CAD on the day the refund was made).
Refunds will include the item cost of the returned product, but will not include the original shipping cost from China since international shipping fees charged by the carrier are non-refundable.
